I'm not a person that you will find very often in the kitchen, but when I am, I really enjoy it. I have several books from the Cooking Light series, and this is, for me, the best so far. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures make you want to cook every single recipe in the book. Great choice for a person not so used to being in the kitchen as well as for the more advanced cook. And the best thing of all is that all recipes are healthy ones so you don't have to chose between taste and health.

I've been a fan of Cooking Light for years, and Everyday Favorites is a great collection of recipes with gorgeous photographs on almost every other page. The only thing it doesn't have that I would have liked to see is a chapter devoted entirely to pasta recipes. They include nutritional facts for all of their recipes.

There are easily two dozen recipes I will eventually try including some really tasty looking ones in the Soups, Salads, and Poultry chapters.

I realize different foods appeal to different people, but after searching through this book, I only found 2 recipies that sounded appealing. I have several Cooking Light books, and in my opinion, "The Best of Cooking Light" is the best by leaps and bounds. Looks like Amazon is either no longer selling it, or they are out of stock. I highly recommend that book if you can get your hands on one. Absolutely superb recipes, you won't be dissapointed.
