I'm really getting into the audio thing now and have been taking advantage of Jims' series of mp3 that teach about thyroid. This one especially helped me understand more about getting my treatment to where it needs to be for thyroid improvent more than anything else i've read or listened to. This one was great and each time I listen to it I pick up a new bit of knowledge.
