This is an excellent "Greatest Hits" collection from the Doobies with their 'original lead-vocalist" - Tom Johnston. These songs are great for driving, relaxing or doing whatever to. These were the hits before the Band changed styles and became more 'bluesy-commercial sounding'.

If you're a fan, it is truly the BEST of the Doobie Brothers. Every track is one you want to hear.

I love the Doobie Brothers and lost my one and only "greatest" CD in my travels (along with my CD player - I know, old school but it worked). Anyway, it has some of the best The Doobies released. I received it in great condition from the seller and within the time stated.

It's a great driving CD or one to crank while doing projects or cleaning. Gets the blood pumping!

I am old enough to remember listening to these songs on the
radio regularily, so thoroghly enjoy hearing them now.

before Michael McDonald ruined them. If I have to hear "Yamo Be There" one more time, I'm going to "Yamo" burn this place to the ground.

I heard this CD on tape and purchased it so that I could enjoy an improved audio version. I have been enjoying it very much.

The Doobie Brothers / Best of the Doobies (single disc - Warner Bros): The Doobies were a very entertaining group and this 11 tracks hits disc is most useful for those who already have their favorite Doobies albums but want to fill in the gaps will the missing hits. For those who just want a hits package, there are longer ones availible. Four Stars.

Being a traveler to Branson, Missouri many times a year, a song the city uses to attract tourists is "Listen to the Music," performed there by Bucky Heard. However, I wanted to find the original artist and song, so that's how I came upon the Doobie Brothers. I originally bought this CD because of that one song, and because my two-year old foster girl loved it so much, but soon discovered just how great the group really is and I enjoyed every cut on the CD, and highly recommend it to anyone. There's no better way than this CD to "Listen to the Music"!!!!

There are very few bands that can come up with as many hits as the Doobies, it seems that on other "greatest hits" albums there's maybe 2-3 songs I like, not with this album where every song is good. 5 stars!

I've had the vinyl of this album for years and years. Finally bought the CD and I'm loving it all over again. A really great album.
