5.0 out of 5 stars Tucson Hikes
I got this book for a friend and they just love to hike. When they got the book they loved it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Information often incorrect
This could've been a nice little booklet for people looking for easy/accessible hikes in the Tucson area. Virtually all of the hikes in here are classic/must-do hikes. This could've been a nice little booklet for people looking for easy/accessible hikes in the Tucson area. Virtually all of the hikes in here are classic/must-do hikes. The problem is that the information given is not necessarily accurate. Fee information and the dog-friendless is especially inaccurate. For instance, several hikes in here say that dogs are allowed on leash when dogs have not been allowed for many many years. Dog-owners would either be disappointed or need to check with other sources (but then, why buy the guide). Similar problems are found throughout the book. An inaccurate guide is worse than no guide.

There are superior Tucson area hiking books out there. Maybe not as cheap as this one, but then you get what you pay for.
