2008 album from one of the original Britpop bands of the 90’s and certainly one of the best, although they are often overlooked a decade on. Fusing the ironic, self-absorbed viewpoint of the Smiths with the stylish Blondie style posturing and a solid guitar crunch, Echobelly stood out in a scene filled with tuneful, yet far less memorable bands. 15 tracks including 'Dark Therapy', 'Great Things', 'I Can't Imagine The World Without Me', 'Insomniac' and more. From the first time I heard them on the radio to the first time I saw them in concert 'back in the day', I've always loved Echobelly. So when I found out that I could by the Best of Echobelly, I jumed at the opportunity to add it to my collection. It's got all the hits. The only reason why I rated this CD fou out of five stars is that I still want more!
