When I spray my goldendoodle's feet and belly and on the nape of his neck he stops scratching. I hate the smell. It smells like a sawmill and I can't wear it on my self. Works wonders for my dog though! I have sprayed small rugs and noticed no oily residue. Flea season here is bad this year and anything that helps is good in my book. I only gave it a 4 star because of the smell.....

Best Yet Cedarcide products are a fantastic alternative to hash chemicals. It does need to be re-applied every few hours when infestation is high. We use it on family memebers as well as pets. Pleasant cedar scent.

We have been over whelmed with mosquitos this summer and I have tried a number of different products to keep them away from me so that I can sit out on my deck in the evenings. This was not one of the better things that I have tried. I sprayed it on as directed and went out to sit on the swing and the mosquitos didn't seem to be affected by it at all. In fact I had 3 bites in less than a minute. It may work for some but not for me. I would suggest you look for a different product if you have the same problem that I have with not wanting to get bitten by mosquitos.

Our family will not/does not use any repellant with DEET. We prefer natural repellants. This is a great product with no worries of health concerns. Here is a tip if you grow lavender: simply pick a head of lavender and rub all over your skin and clothes! Repells mosquitos! However, when lavender season is over we use this and other safe repellants :o)

I bought this product for my yorkie. It was tauted to be a natural replenent for fleas. It does not work! I also tried it on a camping trip on myself to protect from mosquito bites and it didnt work for that either. If you plan on using this as a bug replenent, you will be disappointed.

It has helped my dogs through a really bad flea season. Smells like cedar. Nice aluminum spray bottle. Fleas die when sprayed.

Does not seem to work quite as well at keeping the bugs away as other products. It is safer, and that is important to me.
