This is not a cookbook for preparing easy healthy recipes in your RV or at your campsite. This is a compilation of favorite recipes of some folks who happen to be Rv'ers ?. Many recipes call for exotic ingredients and one required 15 ingredients. Not to mention the exorbitant price for a pamplet size book. I sent mine back.

Got this book for my inlaws who bought a motor home to travel in....was a good gift and they love it! I actually saw it in a book store but came home and bought it off Amazon...better prices means more books!!!! The in-laws LOVED IT!!!
