Love the cookbook. Great information on produce and grains. Fantastic photos and instructions. Tried three recipes so far. Loved them all and have selected several more to try.

I've purchased 4 cookbooks so far to give to my children as they move into their first apartments. The book has easy, delicious and nutritious recipes but also provides a few chapters explaining the value of various grains, nuts and vegetables. It has everything a new chef or seasoned chef needs to create great vegetarian meals.
