Since I live in Ohio, I enjoy having a book like this on hand to know what works in my garden. The size of the book is just the right size that I can keep in the car as I shop for plants

Format: Paperback
This book may be OK for a beginning gardener who needs to learn the names of plants and which species are generally available in garden centers. But the description of each plant is quite short and bare-bones. Also, I have found that books like this are better when the author's real opinion about each plant is shared (good or bad). Some plants listed are great, and some are duds, overused, etc. But those types of insights/opinions are unfortunately absent.
