We have seen Gary Lewis and the Playboys whenever we can in the midwest. He has as much energy today as ever. When we played this CD and found it was the updated versions like we hear at the live shows we were extatic. While Gary never has like his version of Sealed With A Kiss from 1968, this new version more than makes up with it. Some of these versions are a bit better than the originals. Well, nothing is better than the original, but the are good. Save Your Heart For Me is the weakest song on the CD but the others are good and enjoyable.

The clear, clean, rythm rich melodies of Gary Lewis and Playboys come bouncing through time on this compiliation CD. Gary showed us that guys did have feelings in the 60's. Was anyone listening? Anyway, this is a great collection of away from the beach, happy music (even if you are crying along). You'll be singing along in no time. Enjoy! You'll wish they'd cut more cool tracks like these!
