There is something for every griller in this book. I love the way the research story is given... The authors try numerous methods, they tell you what they were and their results... insightful and inspriring, you will find some great ideas to take your abilities to the next level. From pork, chicken, beef and vegetables a huge variety to tantalize your taste buds. Oh... I gave this as a gift to the new owner of a new grill and I have tasted the results... YUM... made more for the gas griller not charcoal

As usual, Cooks puts out a very informative, interesting, and easy-to-follow book full of delicious recipes. I love how they always describe how they come to the best recipe for that meal. Excellent!
