Before buying this CD I'd only heard one of HSB's songs, but I figured I'd give them a try. To date, they are my favorite Hawaiian Band of all time, right next to Brother IZ himself. The spirit of their CD's, especially this one, truly reflects the Island Spirit of Hawaii. So many of these songs are simply wonderful... their music will kindle the Hawaiian spirit within you. I highly recommend this album, along with their album Rhythm of the Ocean.

Beautiful instrumentals, wonderful songs in the native language you cant help but sing to and songs about love and life in the islands.

I LOVE this band and it just makes me feel happy to hear their wonderful music. Great buy!

Excellent CD! If you are a Hawaii lover, this is the perfect music to have on in the background, particularly if you are planning your next trip, or waiting for it to happen! I liked one of the songs used on a live webcam, found it on this CD along with other great ones, feel like I am right on the beach. Ahhhhh

"Let's Talk Story" got stuck in my head after a recent trip to Maui...had to add it to my island music playlist. Found this CD on Amazon, and also learned that some of the songs had early IZ on them. A good transaction, and a great CD.

This is one of my favorite's. If you would like to give a listen to what the local people on the island listen to, this is the one for you. Many of the artist in this band went on to successful solo careers.
