I bought this cd last year, kind of on a whim for some remixed dance hits. I now take this cd with me to the gym every day and listen to it while I do my cardio work out!! I don't know what the BPM is for this (most likely around 140 or so), but it is my favorite cd to do cardio to! The BPM is consistent thru the cd, with the exception of the first song (it's almost too fast for walking, but works for running, great warm-up!). It's perfect! If you live in the Seattle area and you are a C-89 fan, you will love this cd!!

Both, volumes 1 and 2 are awesome. Not a bad track on either CD. I found these CD's in SFO at Tower Records on Market Street. While the store is gone (i hate that record stores are closing) I still enjoy listening to this CD, years after it's release.
