A good mix of styles in this album. It has music that will appeal to fans of middle eastern music as well as those who have never heard egyptian music. Its worth a listen for those who want to broaden their musical horizons.

If you like Hossam Ramzy, you won't go wrong with this. If you like contemporary Middle Eastern music, you'll love Ramzy!

There are so many terrific selections a dancer could choose from, but it's also wonderful contemporary Middle Eastern music, that is a pleasure to hear. If you've never heard Ramzy before, this would be a nice beginning to what will surely become a complete collection.

What I like best about Ramzy is that he doesn't use huge amounts of electronic music to shore up a modern sound. He manages to use traditional instruments in a fresh and contemporary way. But they could only come up with 10 songs for a "best of"?!
