New CD from a great group, "HOT CLUB of COWTOWN". If you like Western Swing and Hot Jazz, you will enjoy having this for yourself. If you are lucky enjough to see this group in person, that is wonderful. If you can't, get this CD, you will enjoy. Each is so talented. Will give you goosbumps and big smiles. Go for it - You will enjoy!!!!!!

Whit Smith, guitarist deluxe.... a fiddle playing phenom, Ms, Fremerman aka Elana James, and a 'right on the money bass player will delight and amaze you with both their style and performance on stage, and the choice of music that they really bring to life. I heard them as the opening act for Asleep at the Wheel, and they blewwwwwww us all away. Heck there is little more to verbalize that to just say give this group a listen. You'll be telling your friends ...as I have.

I love this group, and this is a good collection of great tunes. The energy these people perform with is infectious, and it is impossible to be in a bad mood while listening to them on a recording or live (which I've had the pleasure of doing twice). Great Western Swing music, which if you don't know, is a blend somewhere between jazz and bluegrass. Buy the CD. You won't regret it.

This is a very good selection of the Hot Club's recordings. Because of this, I got a few more of their CDs.
