I would not recommend this book to anyone. It is way overpriced for the content. This book has little useful information other than basic salesmanship. It is a sophomoric, outdated, large print book that has little if any value. It has numerous typos and did NOT come with the CD that it promised. When I called the company about the CD, they told me to download hundreds of pages and then they attempted to sell me a "Boot Camp". What I have now come to realize is that this book is basically a dictation of the SCAM Boot Camp. Investigate thoroughly before making an unwise decision to attend the boot camp or buy the book. If you buy this book you will be as disappointed as I am. One third of the book (literally pages 319 - 464) is an appendix and index (145 pages of mini slides that are too small to be read - frustrating filler), the rest of the book is a dictation of interviews of slightly ignorant people who have less than the (should be) required understanding of the English language. The book is mostly a dictation of the scam Boot Camp. They tell you the boot camp is free-- but that you must pay [...] for their corporate membership but then they may not let you in the boot camp unless you take several tests. The catch is the boot camp is free so the money is not refunded because you paid for a membership of for their website. There is nothing personal with me and them-- I am just reporting what I see. Good luck -keep your eyes on them. Bad book, and the company, is on par with the book. AVOID.

This book is jam-packed with valuable insight to assist IT VAR's in selling and marketing to Small Business. It is required reading for my company's sales and marketing staff. I highly recommend it to anyone whether new to the business or an old veteran.

We are excited to get started practicing what The Best I.T. Sales & Marketing BOOK EVER! has to offer. I believe that it is going to provide us exactly what every SMB IT Solution Provider despartely needs which is SALES & MARKETING KNWOLEDGE & EXPERIENCE. The way I look at it is if MICROSOFT listens to what Erick Simpson is saying, I better start listening to Erick Simpson and Intelligent Enterprise.
