Lively Irish music!, July 8, 2008

If you enjoy traditional Irish music, this is a "must CD" for you. The first track sets the tone with the wonderful beat of the Irish bodran with other Irish instruments. As a lover of drums, this puts an immediate BIG smile on my face. In fact, when in Ireland November 2008 I bought a bodran and brought it home - now to conquer the playing of it. Not all tracks are lively tunes. Several are hauntingly beautiful, thus showing the listener the "face of Ireland" with its love of music and beauty.
