We bought two of Jim Nabors and this one is our favorite. Great songs and great voice.

This is a very good CD and I enjoy listening to it. Have bought many other CD's from Amazon and are very happy with all of them.

It was great to listen to Jim Nabors again, he has a wonderful voice, and the songs bring back alot of good memories. Thank You

Awesome!!! I have a new favorite CD. The sound is perfect. Jim sings so clear that it is very noticeable when he makes a couple of mistakes in the Lord's pray. However, I still get the chills to hear him sing. The mistakes are minor and do not take away from the enjoyment I get listening to him.

The entire CD of "The Best of Jim Nabors" was fabulous. I have played it several times - one of those CDs you never get tired of playing. It is definitely a collectible.

While I knew Jim Nabors for his "Gomer Pyle" character on television, I only recently discovered that he is an outstanding singer! His talent is clearly very special; and this CD is but one of many that can prove that. The sound quality is top notch all the way through here, too.

The album opens with Jim doing a sublime rendition of "The Impossible Dream;" he does this with grace and elegance; it's a strong start for the track set. "My Woman, My Woman, My Wife" is most sensitive and poignant especially in Jim Nabor's more than capable hands; and "Green Green Grass Of Home" charms me with its natural beauty. "Love Me with All Your Heart (Cuando Calienta El Sol)" never sounded better than when Jim sang it; he infuses this with genuine heart and soul-I love it! "Try to Remember" from "The Fantasticks" is also brilliant while "My Cup Runneth Over" shines equally bright; and that's grand. "Sunrise, Sunset" from "Fiddler on the Roof" is nothing short of wonderful; and I really like "A Very Special Love Song" with its melody that's so easy on the ear; "Both Sides Now" that features Jim squarely front and center with a fine musical arrangement; a splendid rendition of "The Lord's Prayer;" the exquisite "And I Love You So" that Jim aces as effortlessly as if it were mere breathing--but of course we know it really wasn't all that easy, Jim's talent carried him through every time.

"Everything is Beautiful" is very well done; and we get one of the best recordings of "Ave Maria" that I ever heard. "It's My Life" gets the royal treatment from this singing star and the album ends with Jim Nabors performing "You'll Never Walk Alone." It leaves me wanting more!

Jim Nabors fans will certainly enjoy this CD; and it makes a fine introductory album for those of us who are just discovering and enjoying Jim's artistry. I also recommend this CD for persons who enjoy classic pop vocals.
