I'm a beginner at guitar and a John Denver fan. The book is easy to read, all the chords are displayed along with a lead line. Im able to get through several songs already. Add this to your collection. You will be very glad you did.

I am a beginner to guitar although I am 50 years old. I grew up loving John Denver's music, and having this book helps bring it back to me. I especially like that the chords (fingering positions) are shown on the page with the music. Eventually I won't need them, but for today I do. I recommend this book for any beginner who loves Take me home Country Roads, Leavin' on a Jet Plane, Calypso, etc.
