Good But Not Enough,

This 3-CD set consists of some really great music from the Lawrence Welk orchestra. However, I was disappointed to find that there are only 10 cuts on each CD -- that's less than one would have found on a standard LP years ago. I assume that creating this "Best of" collection involved nothing more than cutting and pasting from the many earlier Welk recordings. I don't think it would have taken much more time or effort to give listeners more for their money.

The Best of Lawrence Welk CD's are excellent. They arrived in perfect condition and on time. They are almost all music, only a few with singing.

My mom loves Lawrence Welk and she has wanted a CD collection of his stuff for many years now. I have not been able to find anything that was even close to what she was looking for. I saw this and took a chance and sure enough she is enjoying every moment of it!! I asked her if she would recommend it to other people and she said yes most defiantly. There are a couple of songs that are not on the other Lawrence Welk CD's. This collection would be the best for now for any Lawrence Welk fan, hopefully though in the future there will be a box set released of his work.
