I had Great Expectations for some of my favorite folks: Annette O'Toole (Foolin' Around, Nash Bridges) Tim Matheson National Lampoon's Animal House (Widescreen Double Secret Probation Edition), and John's brother James (before he Accorded to Jim) Belushi, that went only partially realized. This short piece (runtime under 50 minutes) appears to have been conceived as a play (only 2 sets) and made for TV (indeed, it is filmed on the same stuff as Soap Operas.)
I was expecting comedy but got pathos and Melancholy Baby: a look back at old school ties or unties and why one should be happy with what they have and not covet thy neighbor's illusory greener grass.
