Always thought of Lou Rawls as a Pop/Blues Singer. He's much more then that. This CD shows his Blues credentials in no uncertain terms. He truly has one of the best voices regardless of genre of music. His phrasing is strictly his own and highly personalized. Anyone who enjoys Blues with a lot of Soul should buy this CD.
