I bought this CD after sampling some of Mpeoples work on some music sites, I was not able to get all of their work on line so I decided to invest in the Best CD. It has stayed secured in my CD Changer for two months!! The hits are incredible and touch all areas of thier work. The lyrics are so incredible meaningful when you have a chance to sit and think about them. I regret that they are no longer together but fear not. Heather Small, the MPEOPLE's lifeline is available on her own cut now and she has brought the music to a new level. Gone are the dancy be-bop dance around in your underwear when no-one is home music!! She is now introducing a new level of R&B with the incredible voice of hers. Pick up the CD, it is truly worth the money.

I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite CD's of ALL time! I can listen to it over and over. I will never understand why M People have failed to make it here in the U.S.

Perhaps the UK has better taste in music?

If you like uplifting, dance/pop then this is a MUST for your CD collection. My personal favs are "Dreaming", "Fantasy Island", "Search For The Hero", "How Can I Love You More" and a great remake of the Doobie Bros. "What A Fool Believes".

Buy it ... you won't be sorry.

I bought my CD way back 2000 when I was still in the Philippines. Two of my friends have it and I got lucky listening to the album one time in my pal's car. Ever since that time, I was mesmerized by every song of the album. I had to go to the States at 2001 and bought another one just incase my old one wears out. Only this album had made me buy a duplicate reserved copy just in case something happens to my original one. By the way, my mom has the album also and she dances to the tunes every single morning during her exercise regimen. IT's a fantastic album!

This is great music for dancing by yourself (MOVIN' ON UP) or singing in your car (HOW CAN I LOVE YOU MORE)or if you need inspiration (SEARCH FOR THE HERO) or a theme song for you and your lover (JUST FOR YOU). A fantastic album of the group's best songs!

This album has all of the grooves that make the M People such an incredible group. Happy, uplifting music that keeps me smiling all day!

This is probably the best CD I have ever listened to! I do not buy CDs very often, but this was definitely worth the money.

First, a slight criticism. Like too many "Best of" albums, it includes songs I'd never heard before - at least not by the artists in question. I thought Mpeople had more hits than this album presents.

As for the content, I love the sound of Heather Small's voice. It was made for Jazz and I'd like to hear her explore that genre. Mpeople's music is all Euro-pop, up-beat, joyous dance music.

Their sound is all their own - and one I wish we could hear more often.

This CD has not been out of my car since I bought it!! "Testify" is a soulful song thats the perfect first track. So many of the songs on the CD are perfect for us "House Heads" out there.

This cd is fantastic, just the best of M People!!
