About the Author
Carol Kornmehl is a board certified radiation oncologist and a clinical assistant professor of radiation oncology at Hahnemann University Hospital. She lives in Morganville, New Jersey.

My husband is just finishing his radiation treatments for cancer of the head and neck.This book was invaluable to help me to understand the treatments and what to expect with my caregiving. Besides being easy to read and understand, the virtual tour of radiation therapy via the clear photos in the book rendered "Best News" an asset. There are no boring graphs or tables, just reader friendly information.
