A great book on classic Northern Italian food
Straightforward recipes covering almost all the basics of Northern Italian food, especially of Venice and the Veneto. I've made many of these recipes countless times, especially the veal chops, fish soups, and vegetable side dishes. An essential part of my Italian cooking library.

you gotta be nuts
For 7,000.00 smakers I can take anyine on a tour of italy in style you will Tast the foods & meet the chefs. Or you can take 7,000.00 smakers and feed a couply of hungry and homeless people Italian food for a year! in short get real take a vacation experience the foods & wines & most imporntant the people of Italy. Steve.
