About the Author
Len Ettinger received his B.S. (1962) and M.S. (1963) in Mining Geology from the University of Arizona, and his J.D. (1971) from U.C.L.A. He has been a registered geologist and a licensed attorney in the state of Idaho for more than 30 years, and is the author of four books, The Amateur Archaeologist in the Great Basin, The Rockhound and Prospector's Bible, The Best of Virginia City, and U.S. 395 Travelguide--Reno to Los Angeles.
