Great cookbook with lots of helpful hints
I have both a crank pasta machine and an automatic pasta machine. This is the only cookbook for a novice that explains the best of both types of machine with recipes for both. Good buy!

Not educational
This book has some fairly decent recipes, but I was looking for a book with instruction on pasta machines. There was nothing useful. FAR from being "the best".

This is a truly amazing book, so many recipes for making your own pasta in a pasta machine.
I had a pasta machine given to me, but no instruction booklet with it and this cookbook is a great find.
