I used this book to study for the LAST and ATS-W tests--and passed them both with PERFECT scores. This book provided excellent preparation--the format and questions were even more difficult than the actual exams.

Test not like the review in book,

This book provided an excellent review of many subjects. However, the actual test (I passed it!) was mostly all reading comp. with little math and science, no history (April 2001). I would only suggest this book if you really need to brush up on your basic skills. I would not rely on this for the test.

This book is not an accurate reflection as to what was actually tested July 2000. The book contained a large amount of math and the test did not. Further there were no History questions on the test. I studied this book intensely and it did not help me with the actual test. However, the book is a concise overview of the subjects so that one may brush up on their knowledge.
