By far this one gets the most use. My hat is off to Pat Dailey(the author). The book has a hard cover and the lay flat binding should be a must for all cook books. That feature works perfect for an easy hands off read. It has a nice variety of good recipes to choose from. I really like this book. The quality build of this book means it will get used and still look good for a long time to come. Get one. You won't be disappointed. A+
