If you are looking for some of the sexiest, smoothest and most sophisticated r&b/ soul jams out there, The Best of Quincy Jones is the album to spin.

This features some of his most recognizable tunes, ever produced. They include "Stuff Like That," featuring Nick Ashford, Valerie Simpson and Chaka Khan, "If I Ever Lose This Heaven," with Minnie Riperton and Leon Ware, and Quincy Jones' version of "What's Going On" with call and response from Valerie Simpson. The songs are so beautiful and are a throwback to an era of romantic music that doesn't exist on contemporary radio anymore. They should really re-release this music, for a new generation. No doubt, they can simply download the MP3s today, but, I think this collection of music is worthy of more recognition.

I like the disk very much and it works perfectly, however, I was somewhat apprehensive because when it arrived the disk was filthy. When I cleaned it, it was fine, no problem at all. I would suggest that the sellers review their merchandise prior to mailing as it can be a turn-off. All that being said, it is just fine. Blessings to all!
