We loved this tortilla baker. We used it for about 6 months and then it just didn't heat up one day. It was still under warranty so I got out my owners information to call the company. One of the numbers is disconnected and the other belongs to a different business. Their website is also no longer there. I would never have bought this if I had known there was no way to claim a warranty if it failed to work.

I bought this item for my husband, who loves to make his own homemade tortillas. He has been so pleased! The Revel Tortilla Maker has worked just as well as I had hoped and we are now enjoying homemade tortillas on a frequent basis!

We bought this tortilla maker four years ago. We don't use it every day, but we use it a couple of times a year at least. It works great. We've had no problems with it, so I've never had to contact the company. Heats up evenly. Cooks top and bottom well. Great buy, and unlike every other tortilla maker, it's actually affordable!
