You may see this album and another album called "Stevie B - The Greatest Hits" and wonder what the difference is.

Well, "The Best of Stevie B" contains many of Stevie's early and most well known songs: Spring Love, I Wanna Be the One, In My Eyes, Because I Love You, Dreamin of Love, and a few others. Because it only is a complation of the earliest hits, it contains some filler stuff from his earlier albums that might not as well known.

However, this is still worth it. The other greatest hits album contains REMIXES of hits like Spring Love, etc and thus this album is the only one where you can get the original mixes.

I recommend this album as well as the other album as good complements to each other. This one give you the older material in it's original form. The other album gives you remixed older songs, but some of Stevie's newer and less known material.

Great album. Contains some of his best songs from his older CD's, which is great because his older albums are pretty hard to find. Because I Love You (The Postman Song) is absolutely my favorite song on this CD. Spring Love is awesome. Also Dreamin' of Love and Party Your Body are great dance songs. Highly recommended.

What is up with Stevie B.? You would think people would want the actual tracks released at that time when it was on 12" vinyl. I did not bother with all this re-recorded greatest hits CD's and bought the actual albums ('Party Your Body', 'In My Eyes') he released on CD. Also, the 12" version of Party Your Body is still unavailable on CD.

Stevie B. was a Freestyle pioneer. From the beginning his music was just "good"...Always danceable, and man, did the ladies love his music or what! His hits are a staple in every serious Latin freestyle fan's collection...songs like "party your body", "In my eyes" and his most popular song of them all "Spring Love" were and still are dancefloor fav's. He did show his range a bit also with "Because I love you" which was Stevie B's only number 1 song. His music was always full of energy and served well for many a dance routine back in the day...I seen him 3 times in concert and he was always entertaining. 'Dreamin'of Love" and I "wanna be the one" were also dancefloor hits...but Honestly after these songs, all others are just fillers which makes me rate it as a 4 instead of a 5...although Stevie B.'s contribution to the Latin Freestyle genre was very valuable...pick this CD up and you'll have a great idea of what Latin Fereestyle is all about...

All I can say is that I was thrilled that I found a cs from Stevie B with all his greatest hits. I am an 80's freak so you can imagine how happy I was to find this cd. What made me happier is that I got my cd in 3 days and have been listening to it everyday since then...

Every time I hear these songs, it brings back memories of when I was a teenager. It takes me back to the days I went to Jr. High and also reminds me of my old friends and my first love. This is a great album. My favorite song is Spring Love.

I remember listing to his songs when I was in middle school and I still listen to them as of today. Great and the only freestyle that I listen to.

In my opinion, this is the only compilation of Stevie B you need if you want a nice high of freestyle flashback. This CD contains many hits everyone has heard and loved and has been captivated by. Such tracks as "Spring Love", "Girl Iam Searching For You", "I Want To Be The One", "In My Eyes"' and "Dreaming Of Love" are perfect examples of these. I enjoy every last bit of Stevie B's work, however this is the only album that replay time after time. If you like other artists such as TKA, Johnny O, and Timmy T; this is a must have for your music collection. Don't hesitate to pick this one up. If you can't decide which Stevie B album to get first, GET THIS ONE! You will not regret it!

This album is really old, but the music is still young and fresh. I finally got a copy of the cd from my cousin a few days ago and I've been listening to it everyday. It's great to create moments with your lover, the beats and his powerful voice will get you dancing! Everytime I hear track number 8 my adrenaline always run high, I sometimes have to control myself in the car whenever I'm listening to it in the car, every morning I play it I just want to wake up and dirty dance with my babe... STEVIE B YOUR THE MAN! GREAT GIFT FOR LOVERS!

If you like classic Stevie B., you'll like this alblum. Every good Stevie B. song is on here from freestyle hits like Party Your Body and Spring Love to his best love songs like Because I love You. Stevie B. has been around for a long time and knows dance music and this alblum, by far, is his best.
