5.0 out of 5 stars Class!!!, August 21, 2007

"I WANT ALL YOU SKINHEADS TO GET UP ON YOUR FEET....PUT YOUR BRACES TOGETHER AND YOUR BOOTS ON YOUR FEET...AND GIVE ME SOME OF THAT OLD MOONSTOMPING!"

This is history in music! I remember many moons ago hearing the Specials play Skinhead Moonstomp (Think it was on the b side to too much too young) and thinking "What a great song" Well this is the original raw ska where it all began. I think the great thing about old reggae albums is they still capture the feeling of live raw music before all the 'remastered' 'reproduced' 'new version' BS came in.

This is a real piece of history great ska tunes from start to finish though Skinhead girl has to stand out. Skinhead moonstomp is the opening track and I guarantee you will be dancing away before the song ends. One track just drifts into another of sheer class, this music is fun and pure energy just as ska always was, from the upbeat to the slow rhythm tracks.
