4.0 out of 5 stars Not Taco's Best, but still Great
So some people know Taco had his one hit, Puttin' On The Ritz in the early '80s. Other people wouldn't even know who did the remake, and almost no one would have a clue what else Taco did in his ilustrious career.
Well, I have been a Taco fan for years now, and I own After Eight, Let's Face the Music, and Tell Me That You Like It. This best of collection features...

Without a doubt this album is fabulous. I already know all the words and I also tap dance to his music. This CD puts you in the best of spirts. It is too bad he is not recording anymore the man has so much talent.

This best of collection features most songs from After Eight (the album Ritz is from), Tell Me That You Like It, and a few other addorted singles. This is not the best of Taco. Anyone who was a fan of Ritz, or the entirety of After Eight does not want to hear most of the songs from Tell Me. They are slower, and just not as fun. Let's Face the Music seems like a much better represtentation of Taco's fan base, and this collection shoul reflect that.
The other 2 Taco hits collections here on Amazon offer that, and I would recommend those to the casual Taco fan instead of this collection. However, if you have After Eight, and Let's Face the Music (his most successful albums) and want to delve deeper into Taco's collection, I would recommend this.

While Taco is a one hit wonder, this is an excellent album. Something to really sing and enjoy. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Sorry, but no enchilada here. Taco's one and only hit still makes for sweet listening, but the rest of the collection is a flat, false and laughable fumble.
