This video goes over basic stances, blocks and strikes using the tonfa. It takes you through the swirling dragon kata for the tonfa at 3 different speeds. I have enjoyed viewing and learning the kata and recommend it to anyone who wishes to choose the tonfa as a tournament weapon.
