I Stumbled onto the Yoshida Brothers on UTube (sorry about the plug). So I came to Amazon and bought the CD. This music is unlike anything else! A wild mix of Modern, Classical, Techno you name it. I love the track "Raising", it just smacks of a Samurai stand off! Enjoy, becuase I do everyday!

Great modern shamisen. The music is very engaging. I was a little surprised it's completely instrumental but after the second listen through I was pretty hooked. It's added a nice mix to my collection of biwa, shakuhachi etc.

Great recording, but can someone tell me in what way this disc is Enhanced? When loading in a PC, two tracks seem to have "#" by the title, "Saiun" and "Rising". I saw a video on YouTube for "Rising", so thought these were two videos, but if they're on this disc I can't access them. If someone has an answer to this, please post. |
