Seems to me that someone wrote this ebook to make a quick buck online. I hate giving bad reviews but this book is horrible lol. It obviously wasn't written by an expert, because the author says things like:

"The beauty of it all is that the higher the inflation rate, the greater your growth in value! But there's still more!"

haha, what a joke. (That was taken word for word out of the book by the way) Anybody that knows anything about investing will tell you that Inflation doesn't increase the value of anything, just the amount of dollars you pay for something. Dollars and value are two different things. This guy doesn't have a clue.

The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because 1)it only cost $.99 so it's a better investment than a double cheesburger (maybe) 2)there was some pretty decent bits of info in there.

It's just too vague, I couldn't take much of anything useful away from it. Waist of time.

I've dabbled in real estate for a couple years now, and I've even made a few bucks from one of my investments. I have much larger goals that I have yet achieved, and after reading this e-book course, I started kicking myself thinking if I only would of read this two years ago, I'd be much further along. The strategies in this course are nothing short of brilliant. I have a completely new outlook on real estate investing now, and I'm confident that by using the techniques contained in this course, I'm going to make me a lot of money much sooner than I had intially planned.

I've purchased my fair share of courses in the past and I've read more real estate investment books than I can remember. After all the money and time I spent on gaining this knowledge I felt like I was missing something. I still didn't have a clear vision of exactly what steps I could take, in what order, to start making some serious money in real estate.

I stumbled upon this real estate investing course online and after making the purchase and going through it for the first time, I knew I was on to something BIG. I just needed to find someone who is successful in real estate investing to take me by the hand and tell me exactly, step-by-step, what I need to do to also become successful.

This is exactly what I got out of this course, and I am more clear than ever before on what I need to do to start making money in this market. This course contains some great information, highly recommended!
