I placed my order and had to contact the company to see why it had not arrived after a couple weeks of waiting. They emailed me back that it was currently not available but I had recieved no notice prior to my making contact with them. It was frustrating. I cancelled the order & re-ordered from someone else.

Not the actual complete Filters!,

These where not the actual complete filter, they are the strips left over from wrapping a larger hepa filter like mine. So they are unable unless your hepa filter is only 6 in tall!Contact them as well with Zero response. I guess the price was too good to be true.

I've been using the Honeywell prefilter for over ten years and have found it does the job, and is easy to replace.
