The telescoping handle collapses and there is no way to keep it from dropping. Its not like it collapses only when you sweep, it just doesn't stay extended at all. We ultimately had to put some duct tape to hold the two pieces of the telescoping handle together. The bristles are also way too soft and hardly sweeps anything. An absolute waste of money. And its tinier than you think. It's not the average size broom.

This would have been a great product if the telescoping part stayed open.
It doesn't tighten so it keeps sliding closed.

I like this broom very much, how it all folds up- including the bristles, and the dustpan you're finally not likely to lose. The handle, though, does not extend to the height of a standard broom. It makes it a little uncomfortable to use for an extended period of time, as I find myself slouching with it. I find myself more using it folded up, to sweep everything I've swept up with a full size broom into its little dustpan. I dig it, though. Stashes away nicely, cleans up the mess!

Great little set for the price. The bristles are a tad soft, but do the job nicely. Nice feature: the set stands on its own when the pan is attached, ready for service.

Can't beat the price.

It feels like a toy. Quite a small broom even with the wings extended. I like the bristle material, but the bristles are too short. All in all I am quite disappointed in this broom. Certainly not a "BestBroom" in my opinion.
It is great for children.
