this is a very nice looking chair, however the quality is not all that, but for the price, it will get you through making your salon estecially pleasing untill you can afford the mord expensive chairs......I am happy I just bought six of them for my salon and we get so many compliments on them can't beat the price and customer service is unblievably helpful and fast acting. I would only recommend the black chairs for a barber shop cause they are big and bulky, the red chairs are smaller and nicer for the ladies.

i purchased this chair for my boyfriend for an "after Christmas" surprise. Words can't describe how much he LOVES this chair. The video that was included was very helpful in putting the chair together. the chair is comfortable and very durable. I love this chair and i am not ever going to use it, personally! i would recommend this chair to anyone that is looking for a new or updated barber chair.
the shipping time was better than expected! the confirmation said that i should receive the chair a week to two and a half weeks after i purchased it, and i received a call 5 days after my purchase to set up a delivery date and time for the chair. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! very pleased!!!!

This chair looks great after being put together. Mine arrived in a timely manner but when I took it out of the box had spots on it.I assume from being in plastic and different temperatures. I watched the video 2x as the chair was not as easy to assemble as the video makes it look. I would also like to add this chair is extremly heavy and not at all comfortable. I am going to use it in my salon and it is very difficult to lay back to the shampoo bowl. I wanted a chair that had a foot rest on it but not as heavy. I may go back to the chair I have been using for 7 years as it easily turned and lays back easily which would make this chair a waste of money because it does neither of those things. Very dissapointed as I wanted my clients to comfort and easy for me to work with.

Looks great in the picture but was put together poorly. Headrest does not lock in place, had to tighten almost every screw underneath the chair, and the bar used to recline the chair is loose, therefore I have not reclined it because I am scared it will fall while reclining a client. Nice looking chair, goes up and down just fine, but can't really use it fully and a little too bulky for the smaller children.
