vitamin A deficiency,
By Jo Van (Bothell, WA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Beta-Carotene (Vitamin A) 25,000 IU 300 Sgels by Swanson Premium (Health and Beauty)
Yes, vitamin A can be toxic, but not in Carotene form. And as for not being needed, there's a simple text. If you have small bumps, usually found on your upper arms, those are hyperkeratosis, a sign of vitamin A deficiency. If you have them, you need vitamin A.
