much easier than single Springerle molds,
This review is from: Springerle Rolling Pin (Kitchen)
I own this rolling pin and love it! It is way easier to create Springerle with this roller than with individual molds. I roll out the dough with a regular rolling pin, then dust the flattened dough with flour, gently roll the picture rolling pin over it and then remove any excess flour with a clean baking brush.

Springerle Pin,

This was a present for my mom who couldn't find this childhood favorite in any store. She loved it, but don't think she has used it yet. It came smaller than I thought it would and looks like it might be hard to clean/maintain. I am searching for directions for her still. It might be better if they came with it.

I love this Bethany Springerle rolling pin! Great workmanship, smooth and easy to use. Worked great the first time I used it and it forms perfect little images on the cookie dough. It's a definite "keeper". :-)

I would not reccommend this rolling pin. It is rough and before I could use it my husband had to sand the surface and the indentations to remove splinters
