First of all, this is a gorgeous tree. The customer who complained that you could see the pole did not understand that this is a pine tree. You always see the pole on a pine tree; it's how they're made. Also, it is essential to arrange the tips on the branches properly or it looks skimpy. BUT!!!! Before you buy this tree (or the bigger version) know this: It is a VERY VERY heavy tree and it is VERY big around. My previous tree is only a foot shorter but it takes up way less space. If you don't have a lot of room, it'll crowd you out. And it's too heavy for one person to put up by themselves. It is a LOT of trouble to put up. It's not complicated, just time consuming and (for me) very tiring. The stand is difficult to handle since you have to tighten screws to hold the tree in place and it's so heavy that it keeps wanting to fall over while you're tightening. So, if you have a lot of room and plenty of time and help available; it's a gorgeous tree (very real-looking) that will really add to your holiday decor. But if you're not very strong, don't have help and are pressed for space and time, look elsewhere. I sent mine back because I just couldn't lug it around and put it together easily. If I had a bigger house, more time and more help, I'd have kept it.

Although the tree has a good number of lights, the branches are not full at all. No matter how many ornaments I add or how I arrange the branches you can still see the metal pole.

My daughter received this tree and when I saw it in her home, I thought it was a real live tree. It is beautiful. I always said I wouldn't have an artificial tree (and I'm very picky when it comes to Christmas items), but I ordered this tree immediately. The tree is very thick and lush looking. The size is perfect for a vaulted ceiling and the white lights give it an elegant look. We liked the tree so much that we bought a Bethlehem Lights wreath and garland set. I absolutely love this tree.
