The instructions for the rack were useless, in the end I don't think the rack fit my Jamis hybrid anyway. The top and bottom parts of the seat did not fit together because a part of the plastic where the seat connects seemed to be made poorly. The box I received the chair in looked like it had been returned several times. It was very beat up, taped up, and looked old.

The instructions to fasten on bike could be alot better. Had to go to bike shop to help with the installation.

Once its on though it's solid. I've only had it for about a week but the only thing I don't like is the reclining mechanism. It is hard to change but that's better than having it move on its on I guess.

I'll add on as I find more issues or praises.

Let me start off by saying that I also bought the Schwinn PTI carrier and the WeeRide Kangaroo carrier but decided to return both. The Schwinn was nice looking but found that the previous version was recalled for safety concerns. I didn't want to take a chance in trying it. The WeeRide Kangaroo was cute and I originally opted to go with one so that I could ride with my son in front. However, it was way too small and I was concerned about it not having any back support. In addition, it would only work if you are able to attach the hortizonal bar completely leveled. Since my seat has to be set pretty low, it didn't work.

I am glad I bought the Beto Deluxe. It is fantastic and my son loves holding on to the handle bars. My only two complaints though is that 1) the instructions are horrible and 2) the p-clamps that attaches the carrier to the bike are too small. I had to go to Lowes to pick up bigger ones ($2). After messing around with the set up for 1/2 an hour or so, I was able to working. I have no regrets about this one.
