About the Author

Tracy Donegan is a Certified Doula, HypnoBirthing educator and mother. Born in Dublin, Tracy has lived abroad for the past 12 years, most recently in Singapore where she was a regular contributor to several parenting magazines. Tracy has recently returned to Dublin to establish the first Doula service in Ireland. Passionate about birth and its affects on both the mother and newborn, Tracy also runs the Irish chapter of the International Caesarean Awareness Network, a support group for anyone negatively affected by an unplanned caesarean.
