This book has been instrumental in convicting and encouraging me to establish and maintain a healthier way of living.

The author goes into detail about the consequences of unhealthy living, and the benefits of changing your habits and taking care of yourself.

Her style is very straightforward and personable and she gives examples from her own life.

I wholeheartedly recommend this book!
