Although neither the title nor the cover photo tells you this, this is a weight workout for the upper body. If you're a beginner and you don't have weights, you can substitute filled water bottles, which Dan Isaacson and his assistant demonstrate. Isaacson explains and demonstrates each move carefully and gives several sets for each muscle group. All exercises can be done easily at home, sometimes using a sturdy chair with a cushion against your back, sometimes lying on a sofa cushion. It's odd that Isaacson starts with the smallest muscle groups--shoulders and triceps (back of the arms)--when traditional wisdom says to start with large muscle groups such as the back and chest. He uses the same amount of weight to work the large muscles in the back as the smaller triceps, which will work somewhat if you don't have dumbbells of varying weights, but not very effectively. He includes pushups, of course. Isaacson stretches each muscle group as it is worked. Note: although this video claims to run 60 minutes, it's actually closer to 45 minutes.
