PRIME/BETTER CHEF Heavy-Duty Blender
GREAT blender - VERY happy w/it! I'd recommend this to EVERYONE! It has a GLASS container, which I REALLY PREFER! GREAT DEAL!

replacement parts?
I owned this blender for about 10 or 11 months before the plastic base of the blending jar cracked and splintered upon post-cleaning reassembly. Neither the device's owner's manual nor the manufacturer's website gives any indication of how to obtain replacement parts. If anybody knows whether the part is available someplace, I'd appreciate that information. Otherwise,...

I owned this blender for about 10 or 11 months before the plastic base of the blending jar cracked and splintered upon post-cleaning reassembly. Neither the device's owner's manual nor the manufacturer's website gives any indication of how to obtain replacement parts. If anybody knows whether the part is available someplace, I'd appreciate that information. Otherwise, I'll need to get an entirely new blender, and I'll be sure to buy one that's more durable and for which replacement parts can be purchased.
