BETTER DAYS,

Sound quality is terrible. Probably recorded from an LP. I am a die hard Guy Clark fan and he never wrote or recorded a bad song. I have all his music and purchased this because it was not previously released on cd.

There's only two things money can't buy: True love and homegrown tomatoes. Guy Clark always delivers great lyrics and great music from the rockabilly "Blowin' Like a Bandit" admonishing fishermen about going into the gulf when a hurricane is coming to "The Randall Knife" a nostalgic look at growing up and the things we learn from our parents. I like all the songs on this CD. Guy Clark does not let his fans down.

I first heard the song on Fred Imus' Trailer Park Bash on Sirius Radio. I had to buy the CD because the song is not played enough. I love it, my kids love it and my grandchildren love it and they are wearing it out...the youngest, 3 yrs old, asks for "The Potato Song." We have discovered Guy Clark. Thank you Guy!
