Great book for pre-conception and beyond,
By A reader (San Diego, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Better Food for Better Babies (Paperback)
This is a great book following the principles of Dr. Weston Price and Dr. Francis Pottenger. It takes the reader from what to eat before getting pregnant, what to eat during, and what to feed your baby. A lot of good old-fashioned recipes are included, and the book even promotes the value of organ meats such as liver, which are off the charts in their nutritional value. Also has good mention of the value of raw milk, which we gave to our child after he weaned from breast feeding and still loves a year later at two.
